Joanne Braddy Solo Exhibition
136 Brunswick St, Fortitude Valley 4006
Please join us for a new solo exhibition by Joanne Braddy called, 'The Darkness That Opened My Eyes'.
Joanne's artwork for last 6 years has been intent on bringing awareness about depression.
Her stories are told through her artwork, and have taken new exciting paths into sculptural art forms, bringing to life her paintings through new clay and sculptural practices.
This exhibition is a part of a traveling exhibition, and coincides with her work on show at the foyer art-space in Redcliffe Regional Arts Gallery.
Art From The Margins is pleased to present Joanne's solo work in recognition of Mental Health Week. Please join us to reflect and bring further awareness to the unique role art plays in mental health. We join Joanne in her journey as an artist and we can celebrate these ongoing developments in her work.
